Flying to Memphis

The Memphis International Airport (MEM) is the primary airport serving the Memphis area. It is a roughly 20-minute car ride from the airport to the conference venue/hotels. Below is a map showing directions from the airport to the conference venue.

Getting Around Memphis

There are several options for getting around Memphis (including for getting between the airport and the hotels).

• Uber and Lyft ridesharing services are active in Memphis, and are perhaps your best general option for getting around.

• Free Shuttles are offered by the conference hotels, with some limitations. Airport transportation is offered daily 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. 24-hour notice is required. Call 901-678-5410 (Fogelman) or 901-678-8200 (Holiday Inn) for service. The shuttles may also transport guests to requested locations within a 3-mile radius of the hotels.

• Taxis are also available. You can catch one at the airport, have your conference hotel schedule one for you, or call one of the numbers listed here.

• Rental Cars are available at the airport (and elsewhere about town). At the airport, the rental car agencies are located adjacent to the terminal building on levels 1 & 2 of the multi-level economy parking facility. A pedestrian walkway with moving sidewalks connects the airport terminal to the rental car services. From Baggage Claim B, use elevator or escalator to the lower level. Follow signs that read Economy Parking / Rental Cars.

Parking

Whether you rent a car in Memphis or bring one with you, the conference hotels have your parking needs covered. Complementary parking is available to guests of both the Holiday Inn and the Fogelman hotels.
