Hotels

VL/HCC 2019 has two conference hotels, the Holiday Inn–University of Memphis and the Fogelman Executive Conference Center & Hotel. Both hotels are located on the University of Memphis campus right next to the conference venue. Although there are many hotels in Memphis, these two are the only ones that we know of within walking distance of the venue.

Room blocks have been placed at both of the conference hotels. Discounted rates are available for October 13 – checkout on October 18. All rooms must be reserved by September 22, 2019 in order to receive the discounted rate.

Holiday Inn–University of Memphis (Rate: $139)

Fogelman Executive Conference Center & Hotel (Rate: $90)

Reservations are currently being accepted at the Fogelman Executive Conference Center & Hotel. Reservations cannot be made online, so please call +1-901-678-5410 to book your room. Please mention that you are with the IEEE group in order to get the discounted rate.
