Instructions

The product backlog (backlog for short) is unified document that your team will use to manage three critical types of information:

• User stories - the requirements for your app.
• User scenarios and storyboards - the interaction design for your app.
• Task plans and outcomes - the plan for what each team member will code each iteration and a debriefing on how it turned out.

One Backlog per Team. Your team should have only one backlog document that is shared by all team members.

Living Document. Keep in mind that the backlog is a living document that will change and evolve as the project rolls along.

Your backlog must be formatted as per this template document. To clarify, here is a completed-backlog example.
