Milestone M2 - Development Iteration

For the Milestone M2 development iteration, your team’s primary focus is the continued implementation of your app following the project workflow.

M2 Submission and Grading

The following items must be submitted for M2. Follow the links for instructions.

• M2 Code Contributions (submitted in GitHub as per the project workflow)
• M2 Code Reviews (submitted in GitHub as per the project workflow)
• M2 GitHub Release (submitted in GitHub)
• M2 Demo Video and Report (submitted in Canvas)
• Live In-Class Demo (presented in class)
• Up-to-Date Backlog and Model Class Diagram (submitted in Canvas)
• M2 Teammate Reviews (submitted via on-line form)

As per the project grading specifications, M2 items will be graded as follows. Follow the links for detailed grading rubrics.

⚠ Important! Beware of the following rules that have severe penalties if not followed:

• ⚠ Follow the Workflow. You must follow the project workflow such that all your individual work is submitted as pull requests (PRs) and the PRs you submit are clearly work done by you. You will earn zero credit on any milestone (includes both team and individual grade components) that doesn’t follow this rule.
• ⚠ Build Upon the Base App Provided. Your team must build up from the base app provided—no replacing it! You will earn zero credit on any milestone (includes team and individual grade components) that doesn’t follow this rule.
• ⚠ No Credit for Active Admin Do not add the Active Admin gem to your project. Zero credit will be given for work involving this gem. In general, do not add any gem to your project that provides bulk functionality without first getting special permission from the instructor.
